I'm in the 3rd year with having Bluegrass treat my lawn. They have done a great job and it looks awesome! They do an amazing job and if you are lucky enough to meet one of the staff they are very informative of what is being put down and have suggestions of what can be done to assist in keeping your lawn looking good. I stopped using them for one year over the past 7 years and my lawn looked horrible. And they allow you to adjust your treatments to suit your budget and needs.

My lawn has looked pretty darn good since I started with Blue Grass Lawns (about 5 years ago, I think?). Your office manager, Marianne is very nice - pleasant to work with. I've had to call her from time to time because I get an automated notice that e.g. they are coming the next day - but the weather forecast shows storms all day! I have had to reschedule. Also (and this is very subjective) the service seems pricey, considering that the guy who spreads the poison pulls up in front of my house and less than nine minutes later, he's totally gone.

I have been very pleased with the service from BlueGrass Lawns. I like that they let me know in advance of an appt. and the comments left behind are always welcome.

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).
