Some un expected cost increases. Still have African violets after 5 or more years of treatment. For the most part though good. Allot of my neighbors comment on my lawn and some have started using the service.

Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

We have used different lawn services over the years, but we are so pleased that we switched to Blue Grass. They have done a wonderful job on our yard.

We hosted a wedding at our house this past fall, and Blue Grass went above and beyond to ensure our lawn was in perfect condition.

My lawn has looked pretty darn good since I started with Blue Grass Lawns (about 5 years ago, I think?). Your office manager, Marianne is very nice - pleasant to work with. I've had to call her from time to time because I get an automated notice that e.g. they are coming the next day - but the weather forecast shows storms all day! I have had to reschedule. Also (and this is very subjective) the service seems pricey, considering that the guy who spreads the poison pulls up in front of my house and less than nine minutes later, he's totally gone.

The 1st year using Blue Grass Lawns service was great. Their lawn tech for our area was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. The 2nd year wasn't as expected. The previous year lawn tech no longer worked there and we didn't receive the same knowledgeable results. The lawn techs appear to be applicators only. We add to inform the company on numerous occasions of weed and insect issues instead of the company employees being proactive. We plan on continuing with their program another year in hopes some of the employee issues will be resolved.

I have used your services for two years now and the results are excellent. Greener lawn with less weeds and on time service calls! Thank You.

Very satisfied with the service. They arrived on the date given to us. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly office worker and technicians. We would and do recommend Blue Grass to everyone!

The only issue I ad previously, was the small thistles. I mentioned this yo Blue Grass and the thistles were eliminated the next Application.

The main reason we scheduled Blue Grass again this season was the Wild Violets were eliminated the first year. This year the Wild Violets are a problem again!

Blue Grass does an amazing job! Just about the time I see a dandelion or other weeds in my yard, they show up and the weeds are gone! Have had them for several years now and we have never had any issues! They answer any questions that we have and explain to us when were here, exactly what each application is for!The crew is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! We love them!
