Great customer service, I only wish the email notifications would give you more of a heads up when you’re coming. The one day notice is short, especially if you’re working or inclement weather is forecasted. Maybe two or three day notice?

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

Our lawn was always so beautiful, but, the grubex did NOT DO THE JOB! We had to do it ourselves to take care of it!! We were not satisfied this year at all!The guy that did our yard did not really do his job well.
