The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I like the e mails I get telling me when they are coming and the helpful tips. The products they use on my lawn are top notch. I love seeing my lawn in the spring when all the dandelions cover my neighbors lawns and I don’t have one on mine.

My lawn has looked pretty darn good since I started with Blue Grass Lawns (about 5 years ago, I think?). Your office manager, Marianne is very nice - pleasant to work with. I've had to call her from time to time because I get an automated notice that e.g. they are coming the next day - but the weather forecast shows storms all day! I have had to reschedule. Also (and this is very subjective) the service seems pricey, considering that the guy who spreads the poison pulls up in front of my house and less than nine minutes later, he's totally gone.

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

Our lawn is a shady location, and although it still needs work, Blue Grass continues to work on the grass. We are pleased with their services.

They do a great job. Very Conscientious to their customers. Friendly tech guys.

Some un expected cost increases. Still have African violets after 5 or more years of treatment. For the most part though good. Allot of my neighbors comment on my lawn and some have started using the service.

I have been trusting BlueGrass Lawns with taking care of my lawn for several years. Since we have a deep corner lot, it takes a lot of know how to provide the right products at the right time. There are no weeds and dandelions in my lawn and the grass always look great. I highly recommend their service.

I'm in the 3rd year with having Bluegrass treat my lawn. They have done a great job and it looks awesome! I just want to say I appreciate how they are working to recover from the brutal COVID-19 orders imposed here in Michigan. They have comunicated well and are committed to servicing all customers as soon as possible to keep our lawns in great shape this season.
