I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

Blue Grass has always provided excellent service. Whenever I had a question or requested advice there staff was knowledgeable and prompt. I have been a loyal customer for several years have recommended Blue Grass to my friends and neighbors.

Blue Grass called me back and left messages for me. Somehow I never got the messages. So I apologize for that as I was not aware of the mixup with my phone. I did get in touch with them through email. So, I will say that Blue Grass does keep in touch and answers calls. Thank you.
