This is our second year with them, we had Billy do our yard our first season, excellent worker, did every part of our yard. Our yard has never looked as great as it is. This year another wonderful employee, his name is Kyle and he said Billy trained him and you can tell, second time out and very pleased with him too. Never had an issue , always let me know before they come and very happy with the results. Grass looks better than ever and we've been here 25 years. Highly recommend .

Blue Grass called me back and left messages for me. Somehow I never got the messages. So I apologize for that as I was not aware of the mixup with my phone. I did get in touch with them through email. So, I will say that Blue Grass does keep in touch and answers calls. Thank you.

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).
