Competitive pricing, easy to communicate with and lawn looks great

Some un expected cost increases. Still have African violets after 5 or more years of treatment. For the most part though good. Allot of my neighbors comment on my lawn and some have started using the service.

We've been using BlueGrass Lawns for several years now and we have been very pleased. They show up when they say they are coming. The technicians are always pleasant and helpful. Our yard, for the most part, is weed free. We would highly recommend BlueGrass Lawns.

My lawn has looked pretty darn good since I started with Blue Grass Lawns (about 5 years ago, I think?). Your office manager, Marianne is very nice - pleasant to work with. I've had to call her from time to time because I get an automated notice that e.g. they are coming the next day - but the weather forecast shows storms all day! I have had to reschedule. Also (and this is very subjective) the service seems pricey, considering that the guy who spreads the poison pulls up in front of my house and less than nine minutes later, he's totally gone.

The 1st year using Blue Grass Lawns service was great. Their lawn tech for our area was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. The 2nd year wasn't as expected. The previous year lawn tech no longer worked there and we didn't receive the same knowledgeable results. The lawn techs appear to be applicators only. We add to inform the company on numerous occasions of weed and insect issues instead of the company employees being proactive. We plan on continuing with their program another year in hopes some of the employee issues will be resolved.

Bluegrass has been my lawn partner for many years. I live on acreage and my lawn looks a golf course green. The grass is so thick that I often have ro vacuum the lawn clippings. There is a mole service they provide that is verry effective. Their employees are verry courteous and friendly and always provide helpful suggestions.

They got rid of my ground moles when I first started using them 7 or 8 years ago! Always top notch service and work!

Blue Grass called me back and left messages for me. Somehow I never got the messages. So I apologize for that as I was not aware of the mixup with my phone. I did get in touch with them through email. So, I will say that Blue Grass does keep in touch and answers calls. Thank you.
