Have had them for several years now and we have never had any issues! I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).

Our lawn is a shady location, and although it still needs work, Blue Grass continues to work on the grass. We are pleased with their services.
