Sylvia is a "breath of fresh air !" She has done "wonders" for my lawn. Not only that, her personality is far superior to many people in Michigan. She definitely knows how to interact with the customer. Plus she has a great sense-of-humor. We all will miss her over the Winter months.

Our lawn looks great. We are pleased with the service.

This is our second year with them, we had Billy do our yard our first season, excellent worker, did every part of our yard. Our yard has never looked as great as it is. This year another wonderful employee, his name is Kyle and he said Billy trained him and you can tell, second time out and very pleased with him too. Bluegrass and all of their employees have always went above and beyond our expectations! It doesn't matter if it is in the winter and the parking lot needs to be plowed and/or salted or if it is in the summer and the grass needs to be cut-they are always professional and the most reliable company our business has have ever used! We highly recommend them for all of your service needs.

I have used this service for a few years and had no issues. Customer service is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Service is automatically renewed annually and we receive a letter each January advising of the upcoming year's pricing. Our lawn looks great (despite 3 dogs and 2 humans worth of daily use!).
